The Kicker SoloXS L7XS 12-inch is an Excess-series ferrite competition square subwoofer developed for extreme SPL capability while retaining musical bass response. Its massive motor, three-inch Excess voice-coil platform and optimized thermal system are designed for exceptionally high power and excursion.
The product is offered in 1-ohm and 2-ohm versions. Kicker recommends 1,500 to 3,000 watts RMS of amplifier power, and the field-replaceable cone assembly allows the moving system and impedance configuration to be changed or serviced without replacing the motor and basket.
