A shallow truck system, controlled daily bass and a SoloX build should not start with the same enclosure or amplifier plan. Space, output target and normal vehicle use come first.
The subwoofer is only one part. The box, power, impedance and electrical system decide what it can actually do.

CompQ makes sense when the goal is strong bass with control and enough amplifier capability to be part of a more serious daily system.
At this level the enclosure, bracing, amplifier bank, wiring, batteries, alternator capacity, voltage and vehicle structure are all part of the bass system.
Net airspace, port area, tuning, driver and port displacement, bracing, mounting depth, cone clearance and the way the enclosure loads into the cabin all change the result. Under-seat boxes add floor humps, seat brackets and seat travel to the equation.

The truck kept its normal use and factory Harman Kardon system while gaining the low end it was missing.

Higher-output hardware had to be packaged into the truck space instead of asking the truck to work around a generic box.

The CompQ bass section worked as part of the processed full system rather than as a disconnected trunk add-on.
This is where bass becomes a full vehicle system: enclosure, power and electrical all scale together.
