Description
The ARC Audio X2 1200.6 is a six-channel Class-D amplifier designed for advanced multi-speaker systems that need several full-range channels and a higher-output final channel pair in one chassis. It can power a fully active three-way front stage, front and rear speakers with dedicated midbass channels, or a four-channel speaker system with channels 5 and 6 bridged for a subwoofer.
Channels 1 through 4 deliver 150 watts RMS each into either 4-ohm or 2-ohm loads and can be bridged to produce 300 watts RMS per channel pair into 4 ohms. Channels 5 and 6 deliver 150 watts RMS each into 4 ohms, 300 watts RMS each into 2 ohms, or 600 watts RMS bridged into a 4-ohm load.
Independent crossover sections provide high-pass, low-pass, and band-pass flexibility for active and hybrid systems. Balanced differential inputs support aftermarket and factory-source integration, while automatic signal and DC-detect turn-on simplify installations without a conventional remote wire. The Stage 2 cosmetic package uses a brushed aluminum hairline chassis and an illuminated front badge.
