Description
The AudioCenter D4.6K is a four-channel high-output Class-D amplifier with integrated DSP for demanding professional sound-reinforcement systems. It combines amplification, analog and AES digital inputs, FIR and IIR processing, matrix routing, delay, compression, limiting, and Ethernet management in a 2U rack chassis.
The amplifier delivers 1,100 watts per channel into 8 ohms, 1,750 watts per channel into 4 ohms, or 3,500 watts per bridged pair into 8 ohms. Four analog and four AES inputs feed a 48 kHz/24-bit processor with 15-band input EQ, 10-band output EQ, crossover filters up to 48 dB/octave, and four channels of 2,048-tap FIR processing.
BrainCore NET supports centralized monitoring and configuration through dual RJ45 ports. A front-panel display and USB-B interface provide local access, while front-to-back forced-air cooling and comprehensive protection support touring, rental, installed sound, and large loudspeaker systems.
