Description
The AudioCenter L65 MK2 and L65S MK2 form a compact active DSP-controlled column system. The passive L65 MK2 column contains six 5-inch low-frequency drivers and four 1-inch high-frequency drivers, while the active L65S MK2 subwoofer uses one 18-inch driver, integrated Class-D amplification, DSP, Bluetooth, and the output connection required to power the column.
The system is designed as a plug-and-play solution for live performance, DJs, presentations, houses of worship, hospitality, events, and fixed installations. Its narrow 10-degree vertical pattern controls floor and ceiling interaction, while the broad 110-degree horizontal pattern covers a wide audience area. The full system is rated for 2,000 watts RMS and reaches a published 131 dB continuous and 137 dB peak at one meter.
The 96 kHz DSP provides L65 MK2, L83 MK2, and T8 presets. Combo analog inputs, stereo Bluetooth, XLR output, fan-assisted cooling, and extensive protection are integrated into the active subwoofer. Both enclosures use CNC-machined plywood and iron grilles.
