Description
The AudioCenter SA3118 is an active DSP-controlled compact subwoofer designed to complement SA3 full-range loudspeakers and similar professional PA cabinets. It uses one customized 18-inch low-frequency driver with a 4-inch voice coil in a CNC-machined plywood enclosure.
The 48 kHz DSP provides selectable 80 Hz, 100 Hz, and 120 Hz low-pass presets for different speaker pairings, venue sizes, and music styles. A phase switch is provided on the rear panel, and the XLR input and output allow signal linking to additional powered loudspeakers.
The integrated Class-D amplifier produces 1,000 watts RMS and 2,000 watts peak. Fan-assisted cooling, comprehensive protection, two side handles, an iron grille, and an M20 base for a 35 mm speaker pole support portable and fixed professional use.
