The DB Drive WDX8G5R.4 is an 8-inch Generation 5 WDX subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils. This closeout model is designed for compact high-output bass systems and uses a non-pressed paper cone, double-stitched reinforced foam surround and die-cast vented aluminum basket for strength, cooling and controlled excursion.
The subwoofer is rated for 900 watts nominal power and 1,800 watts dynamic power. Its 2.5-inch four-layer anodized-aluminum high-temperature voice coil, dual poly-cotton dampers and large-gauge compression terminals are engineered for sustained high-output operation in a properly modeled enclosure.
